Poly aluminum chloride is a new water purification material, inorganic high polymer coagulant, referred to as polyaluminium, abbreviated as PAC (poly aluminum chloride), is a water-soluble inorganic high polymer between AlCi3 and Al (OH) 3, the general formula of which is [Al2 (OH) ncl6 NLM], where M represents the degree of polymerization and n represents the neutral degree of PAC products.
Poly aluminium chloride polyelectrolyte coagulant has strong bridging adsorption performance. In the process of hydrolysis, there are physical and chemical processes such as agglomeration, adsorption and precipitation. The basic difference between polyaluminium chloride and traditional inorganic coagulant is that the traditional inorganic coagulant is a low molecular crystal salt, and the structure of polyaluminium chloride is composed of multi-component carboxyl complex with variable morphology, which has fast flocculation and sedimentation speed, wide range of applicable pH value, no corrosiveness to pipeline equipment, obvious water purification effect, and can effectively support and remove heavy metal ions such as SS, COD, BOD, arsenic and mercury in water The product is widely used in the fields of drinking water, industrial water and sewage treatment.
Poly Aluminum Chloride Features
1. Poly aluminum chloride purifying effect on low-temperature, low-turbidity and heavily organic-polluted raw water is much better than other organic flocculants , furthermore, the treatment cost is lowered by 20%-80%.
2. Flocculant PAC can lead to quick formation of flocculants (especially at low temperature) with big size and rapid precipitation service life of cellular filter of sedimentation basin.
3. Chemical auxiliary agent flocculant PAC 30% can adapt to a wide range of pH value (5−9), and can reduce the pH value and basicity after processing.
